“Mark Esper has been terminated. I would like to thank him for his service.” | Trump fires Defense Secretary Mark Esper,

via twitter ...of course

(Might have to make that a restriction of the Executive...can't fire staff via twitter)

What about CNN? Have they fired him?

He’s their big Supreme Court analyst..the New Yorker thing I doubt was paying the bills

my guess is he wasn't on the permanent payroll and just got paid as an analyst
so they just don't use him and don't have to fire him?

after 27 years as a Staff Writer at the NYer

CNN should stop using him... I am just bored of his takes

The whole affair with Jeff Greenfield’s daughter, the love child, not wanting to recognize it...such a sleaze

so normally this might go in the belly up thread

Trump’s evangelical adviser, Bishop Harry Jackson Jr., has died at 66
but this line made me think here was a better place
“It is with a heavy heart that we notify you that our beloved Bishop Harry R. Jackson, Jr. has transitioned to be with the Lord on November 9, 2020.”

this is odd too "No cause of death has been released to the public"
and he was at the White House event for Amy Coney Barrett

Umm that's the point...his death cert apparently doesn't have a cause of death and there is chatter

Of course, another black man to die of covid and all the white republicans live on

because the classy way to do it these days is via twitter

Therefore, effective immediately, Chris Krebs has been terminated as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

I wonder if corporate handbooks now explicitly say it is against company policy to fire people via Twitter.
