you are not wrong both reef and roofers both had a decent runs

but I have to imagine all the good memories of making money for 5-6 years get overshadowed by the last 3-4 for where you are throwing money at a losing operation and have to decide just to walk away (at I'm sure a MAJOR loss and probably still hold debt)

But ultimately a restaurant/bar that only lasts 10 years, is that a good thing?
it closed...how can anyone look at it as a good outcome
it's only good if it's still open, or the original owners sold it and got a huge payday
