Read the Kos piece then come talk to me
I think that was a well-written piece
It's similar to how trump took the GOP, but Dems don't do winner take all...so little different coming into the convention
I am shocked the Democratic Party wants a Democrat who has fought for the party for 50 years, as a Senator and Vice President, to be President over a socialist who has never lifted one finger for the Democratic Party!!
lol. well said :-) there is always a chance the DNC sat back and let the people decide who should be nominated - craziness, i know...
The thing about the DNC is it's decentralized at it's core and people tend to spin it like there are a bunch of puppet masters in smoke filled rooms making the plays
It's nothing like how the GOP holds court...nothing and the reason we lose more often with clear majorities in support for policies
The thing about that koz article and Berrnies support is.....30ish % of the Dem primary voters...isn't even 15% of the Democratic voters on election day in November.
That Bernie has made zero effort to broaden his base is political suicide
He's got maybe 20 million gung ho supporters and that's awesome in itself
but we need 68 million votes to beat trump...hence the problem in my eyes
I feel like I've been into politics for the last 30 years
but my interest in the last two eclipses those 28 combined
I can't believe the uncertainty
This was the election we needed Obama 2.0 and of all the candidates, there honestly was not one who inspired people like Obama
