Well, I would think cause it’s not that popular with the voters he needs?

I mean he needs disgruntled Trump supporters, people in the middle...

But do we really think supporting pot is going to get people to the polls?

So are independents. A majority of Republicans favor it now too. It motivates progressives, young people, and Black Americans to vote. Put it on the ballot, and it’s proved a sure way to boost turnout for supportive politicians.

On the other hand they have to be micro targeting a small segment of the population and maybe they don’t think it plays well there? I mean think about the voters you need to ensure a victory...I assume that’s what they are thinking about....
