I would not complain about an assignment in Greece!

Sounds like an awesome place to kick off my platform high heels, sit on a beach chair and drink ouzo by the pitcher

People like her get off on power not vacations… for her it’s like being exiled to Siberia.

Imagine seeing your old Fox friends getting cabinet positions and you get an embassy in a second tier embassy
I never said she would like it
Its just what I would do

I knew they would find a home for Kari that would piss people off

Kari Lake is a top contender to serve as US Ambassador to Mexico.
Good!

Let’s send them our worst!

we either dodged a bullet or this is a missed opportunity (to get rid of her for a while), but:

Trump picks Ron Johnson as US ambassador to Mexico

(no, not that ron johnson, a different ron johnson...)

lake remains too toxic

Jez… these two deliver one last FU as they walk out the door

Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema have cast decisive votes against Biden's NLRB nominee. This means the Democrats will not secure control of the national labor regulator through 2026. These two Senators effectively handed Trump control of the board when his term begins.

trump's trolling is next-level, i'll give him that much:

Trump wants prominent election denier Kari Lake to run Voice of America

not only does this own the libs, it also owns kari lake: VOA is a lame participation prize, "what's the least thing i can give her while still giving her something...".  the political equivalent of being told, loudly, that she needs to sit at the kids table.

Hey this is good news

North Carolina’s Atrium Health says it will forgive the debts of 11,500 people — less than a week after NBC News reported that the company has aggressively pursued former patients’ medical debts, placing liens on their homes to collect on bills.

It’s amazing how often I find your takes completely wrong. It’s like you just post whatever you want to believe facts be damned. Being the head of VOA is a better prize than Ambassador to México. At VOA you oversee about 1000 employees and a budget of $270 million.

Oh and for someone with political ambitions being in DC is so much better than Mexico City….well who’s kidding who? for anyone really…

Yeah but the Ambassador to Mexico likely gets free F1 tickets when it comes to the Autodromo every year.

trying to take a deep breathe, but it's going to be many many instances of my blood boiling... today's it seeing RFK's lawyer wanting to the FDA to revoke the approval of the Polio Vaccine.. it's good thing we have such a great health care system... oh wait... nevermind.
