I don't know what the big deal is...he's 31 so his career is pretty much over now anyway.

Chelskzzz are no threat....you can only have so many egos in 1 locker room before a team implodes. Why do you think Drogba and Lampard want out? Plus, Dr. Phil Scolari...just what has he actually achieved? My mother could coach Brasil to a world cup final, and he didn't exactly set the world on fire with Portugal now did he?

Seems like I'm talking to myself on this thread, but what's new?

I bet Sparky Hughes is a little peeved at taking the shitty job. He would've been a shoo-in for SAF's assistant with the prospect of becoming Fergies replacement as numero uno in a few years.

My gut feeling is Keano will get his experience at Sunderland then take over at OT down the road.

I have thought this from the beginning (I'm sure I'm on record here as saying it too).

And I love Wesley Sneijder.  His comments on nonfat Ronaldo are perfect - sell Ronaldo, take Schneider as partial payment and bring Van Der Vaart to OT with him.  That's a squad I would love to watch.

Ronaldo has put himself in an awkward spot now over this fiasco...United players will resent him and Madrid players don't really want him. No matter what happens he will have a negative effect on either locker room. I bet they'll have to pull Gary Neville off him because that guy lives, eats and breathes for United.

Personally, I just want him gone at this point. I wanted him gone after the Rooney incident during the world cup, but now I REALLY want him gone. Just like RVN, Staam and Becks before him - no one player is bigger than the whole.
