I continue devouring Carl Hiaasen books..only five or so more to go...currently on Basket case...about the murder of former rockstar frontman for the Slut Puppies..Hiaasen puts me more in touch with the average American

likely.  Although some authors have a lot more credibility than others.
I think it's good to have documents, so when the archeologists are trying to figure out what went wrong, there will be a roadmap

I just finished the Mark Lanegan book, Sing Backwards and Weep. Highly recommend. A tough read, especially if you love someone who has/had a heroin addiction, and a necessary one.
