Nick Cave has a new band with some of his Bad Seeds called Grinderman.  The one song I heard was great.  Here's to them releasing a full length.

agreed!  giving it my first listen right now...

"can you feel it?" is just awesome, like a 70s take on their 60s style, if that makes any sense at all

This leaked. If you like the Bloc Party that gave us Helicopter or Like Eating Glass, you'll be disappointed. If you like Bloc Party that wrote Blue Light or Always New Depths, you'll dig it.

Think Spacemen 3 with controlled angst. Very good from the songs that I've heard.

Should be out in January sometime.

Holy crap! I'm drooling! I was getting a little tired of Cave's ballad phase, and this is the perfect antidote. This totally rocks! Vintage Cave lyrics. Here's hoping for some kind of Grinderman release in 2007.
