Somehow the restaurant found out it was our anniversary and brought us a complimentary surprise dessert. And then they charged us for it.

I went to a red lobster, for the first time in years, a couple of weeks ago, just because. I found it overpriced, underwhelming, basic service, managers nowhere, dark and depressing, seafood smelling, bizarre color scheme . . . but one hella blast time tunnel from the past, with those cheesy biscuits and all you can eat platters.

Just to be clear, we did not go to Red Lobster for our anniversary. Still haven't been to one.
