Ill see them in concert for an ungodly amount of money eventually.
the 2006 shows were pretty good.

they weren't an ungodly amount of money.  i don't think any radiohead show has been an ungodly amount of money, especially considering bands like coldplay are charging $80+.   the 2003 tour tickets were <$45  for amphitheaters if i remember correctly.. [/b]
Either way, Ill be giving them money.

Got my shit all signed up for and everything. Now.... the wait.

I did 5 pounds and then there was a .45 transaction fee, which comes out to around $11 US. BTW, I really hate this weak-ass dollar, but that is for a different topic.

there is no mention of a physical CD - it's download or box set.  seems to me that "waiting to pay for the CD" amounts to "check is in the mail".  no need for excuses tho, radiohead have given permission to pay nothing and they've certainly factored in concert revenue too.

Jesus. 21 posts about Radiohead in one night/morning and not a single goddamn post about the Okkervil River show at the Rock and Roll Hotel. What kind of DC music board is this, anyway?

Is this one going to have actual songs on it, like "The Bends"?

seriously...this place doesnt seem much different from a DC101 message board in terms of bands discussed. (i dont know if there is a DC101 message board)

oh and i am DEFINITELY buying the album.

and please, never EVer EVER EVER compare Radiohead to the complete shite of Smashing Pumpkins, who make the same crappy album over and over again.

or QOTSA/Foo Fighters who are, to me, the same damn band.

radiohead has more talent in their.....than all of those bands combined.

HA! and i wonder when the last time DC101 has played a Radiohead tune.
