Sorry, just saw this. There are a few options for you, and there is no right answer. You listed Chronological by story line, which is fine. I think it's better than release date
if you are going to include Solo and Rogue One (which you should).
There is the Machete Order, which tells the Vader story, eliminates the Phantom Menace, and ignores the sequels (though they could be added at the end):
Episode IV: A New Hope (1977)
Episode V: Empire Strikes Back (1980)
Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002)
Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005)
Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983)
If you want to keep Phantom Menace, slide it between Empire and Clones.
