the movie is set in 1087,
I'm surprised you liked the lute music that was so popular after the battle of hastings

LOL @ me.  meant 1987, of course, but i do have a fondness for lutes.

The documentary "Hillbilly," streaming on Hulu, is a far better movie than the film "Hillbilly Elegy," streaming on Netfllix.

Been on a documentary kick.

Recently watched: Tom Petty, Clive Davis, Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt, Bee Gees, Other Music, Dennis and Lois.

This seems interesting. Anyone see?

All movies below have been watched in the past few weeks.

The Beach Bum - absolutely absurd in a good way

Soul - heart strings pulled hard, a nice little Pixar flick for you or the whole family

My Octopus Teacher - I'd recommend 10mg of a sick edi™️ and ponder life while watching this eye candy doc.

Red Dog (2019 Documentary), streaming on Hulu and Prime

Early 1980's, the only family toddler Luke knew were the strippers, bouncers, and outcasts that called OKC's rowdiest strip club home.

MOT was great.  But I'm a little biased when it comes to cephalopods

Crazy how they only live for like a year but are so smart

Nomadland.
So the book has an Airstream on the cover...couldn't tell if they used that in the film.

I will say that Sylvie's Love on Prime falls in the category of a good movie.  Pretty typical romantic drama set to the backdrop of late 50s and early 60s Jazz, R&B, Soul music.  Not unlike Soul there it has lots of Jazz featured in the movie... it's a pleasant was to spend one's time.
