 Not much of a fan myself but they aren't that bad either.
 
 But could of sworn that I just read only a few days ago that they just broke up.
 
 Maybe I've just been listening to too much Psychedelic music and hallucinated it.

The last time I saw Blonde Redhead at the 930 may have been the only other time they played there, around 1998.  The place was empty.  I wonder why they're getting booked at the 930 now?  I thought they were Black Cat mainstays for sure.

They aren't my favorite UK band, but I'm curious enough to check out the show. Especially since the club is just down the road from me...
 
 August and September are looking pretty busy in terms of shows... I already have 6 definites and 5 possibles for August.

Okay, after putting much thought to this, I finally figured out what was flowing through my mind. I had my wires crossed.
 
 What happened was that I had previously read about The Zutons coming to town. Then I mixed up the news I had read elsewhere that yet another Scouse band, The Basement, had broken up.
 
 Sorry about any confusion or fears I may have unnecessarily dumped on anyone.
