a term popularized by sex columnist Dan Savage.  means that you're willing to go out of your comfort zone for the sake of your partner's sexual satisfaction.  "i'm not really into that, but my partner is so i do it to make them happy".  ideally they'll do the same for you, and everyone is happy, so being GGG = happy wife and happy life.
