If it’s still a great place what’s the problem? It’s not as if I go there a lot..

If I find a place I really like I stick with it...

I mean I been going to Dupont Circle since 93..it’s one of my favorite neighborhoods...unlike H Street it’s a great area full of beautiful homes..it’s nice walking around

But if I wanted mussels and wine or beer I’d go to Bistrot du Coin ... that’s my place
Bistrot du Coin? What year is it?  2005? Are they still serving Clicquot as a loss leader? Do you hit up Russia House afterwards?

hey, can we get a TRIGGER WARNING first, before you violently & accurately resurrect a sweetcell from a decade and a half ago?

at least you left Sign of the Whale alone...

Then all the LNS kids roll down to Smith Point and, (hopefully, a few hours later) Poundtown.

Never heard of these places!
Smith Point was a bar in Georgetown where a group of douches with a website called "Late Night Shots" used to hang out. Poundtown was their euphemism for sex.

We discussed this ad nauseum on here circa 2004.

And all of these insults are in good fun. I could very easily be convinced to do the Bistrot du Coin -> Russia House twofer nowadays (absent COVID).

In good news
Fox "news" fired Harlan Hill, who called Kamala Harris a "lying bitch."

I bet you ended up in a Ruby Ts at least once or twice in the 90-00s
I would believe you if you said you never stepped foot in a sizzler

My first ever shot of Goldschläger was at Ruby Tuesday at the Mall of Orange while I was waiting for my girlfriend to finish up her shift at Wet Seal. That was 1995-96.  I don't think I've been in one since.

actually, if i stepped in a RT, it would have been in the naughts when i was a consultant and traveled constantly.  ate in a lot of "casual dining" type places.  RT had to have been in there, but i don't specifically remember it.

you are correct about sizzler.
