RE: big hunt
Yeah that is a bummer, recently (pre covid era) I'd been there for some of the comedy showcases that were a lot of fun
always had a bro contingent that I really didn't love tho...

I, too, thought the crowds there were ummm not to my liking. Hate to see it close up tho.

Surprised we haven’t seen a lot more places close up.

Sad to see that the Big Hunt has permanently closed.  I learned a lot about microbrews from their vast draft selection back in the day. My first introduction to Hopslam was there.  They also had a fun jukebox and a very accommodating bar staph. :'(

big bummer... However, I admittedly have only been there maybe two or three times in the past decade... but from 2002 to to 2010 I somewhat lived there.

I think I missed a pair, to be honest.

Six minor Dr. Suess books  - Cue conservative outage in 3.2.1...  and someone trying to see one of these for 1500 on Amazon

Six Dr. Seuss books won't be published anymore due to racist imagery

And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street, If I Ran the Zoo, McElligot's Pool, On Beyond Zebra!, Scrambled Eggs Super!, and The Cat's Quizzer.

And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street,
This was one of my favs, but I do remember a chinaman ref or something
the other ones I never even heard of and though my mom got me every DrS book
and yes the conservatives have their panties in a twist over this

yep...my memory still works

I think they tried to make it less racist by not making him yellow in recent edditions
what was wrong with the ponytail?
