My sources now confirm it's tomorrow. Sorry for the misinformation.

Sorry meant today.

Trump is going to resign today 100%. Hes toast

but doesn't look like anything's going to happen
(kinda knew that, but was hoping for a zinger that while had no legal teeth, might sway independents)

Why would he resign? He just got a massive PR boost regardless of what the report actually says. This, unfortunately, is going to help him with 2020.

Great info on Pod Save America. I find it interesting that people are accepting this 4 page summary that came out in 48 hours after an investigation that led to multiple indictments and convictions and was written by an AG who said in his job interview that he would defend the president.

I'm not making any comment until I get to read the full report, and I'm still confident that will happen.

Reading the AG report is the same as listening to any talking head extrapolate on it (neither of which I've done).

I've always felt collusion would be very difficult to prove, but obstruction of justice is a completely different game. Probably not enough to remove from office by itself, but combined with other inferences of corruption, a solid case to not re-elect.

Now, just let me read it for myself...

wasn't rick gates' sentencing delayed again this week "because of ongoing cooperation in several investigations"? (note the plural).  sounds like bobby isn't done yet.

TOTAL VINDICATION!!!

so the tactic now seems to be to get at the reason for why Muller was brought in

What is silly is there were over 100 documented meetings with Russians, tons of charges/indictments/guilty pleas/lies to Congress and FBI about what happened
and Trump lied to the public that he had no ongoing business interests in Russia...

and the thought seems to be...'well hey we would have learned all this damning news if the Dems made up a story to catch the pres and his team in all these lies/law breaking'

"We will agree to see the Mueller report as long as the other side will agree to show us the communications that took place in deciding to promote this fake allegation against the president and whether there was misuse of their office," Rand Paul continued. "We based this investigation on a lie, we should investigate who the liars were."
