This sucks. I've been monitoring this thread and the other one like ten times per day for the past week. I went out last night and was away from my computer for one evening and that's when the word on the pre-sale comes down. For the record, I didn't get the e-mail either, and I know I am on the mailing list since I've received 9:30 Club e-mailings in the past. I've already told my boss I was taking the day off from work on Friday so that I could go stand in line at the box office. I take it they're not selling anything at the box office then?

The on-line was a presale.  You can still get tickets at the box-office tomorrow, I believe.

Darth, it's VERY VERY rare that the pre-sale is a large portion of the tickets available.  If I were a betting woman, I'd say only 200 or 300 of the 1000 available tickets were sold today.  Try again tomorrow; if the pre-sale was online, I'd bet the general sale will be online as well.

Go to tickets.com and see what they say when you try to buy Dylan tix.

Isn't 65 the age for retirement? Interesting.....

Really? So it's not sold out completely? Well, I'm happy to hear that there are still tickets left that will be sold at the box office. Are we still talking 10am tomorrow? I guess I'll give it a shot.

Darth, this is my assumption, but there's no info on it yet.

So, 9:30 Club, what's the story - the email had only pre-sale information.  Is there a general ticket sale tomorrow, and will it be at the box office only?  If tix are available at www.tickets.com, are there physical sites that folks can go to?

 Important questions all...

OK, thanks for the advice, Bags. Tickets.com doesn't have anything listed for Dylan at the 9:30 Club. As coincidence would have it though, I'm going to the Crystal Method concert tonight, so I'll try asking the box office staff tonight.

In a perfect world those assholes get stuck holding the tickets.  Probably doesn't happen much...

Why do you get all pissed off at someone trying to make a buck? This is America. If you don't want to pay $850 then don't buy the damn ticket...if you want to get pissed off at someone get pissed off at the chump who pays the $850, if it weren't for people like them there wouldn't be scalpers. AND NO! It's not blame the victim, nobody puts a gun to these peoples heads to buy tickets from scalpers.
