Tickets are available only through Ticketmaster.com. Will call orders may be picked up at MPP or 9:30 Club box offices, but not tickets without a pre-existing order. Will call pickup dates are Fri 8/21 10am - Fri 8/28 9pm. Unclaimed will call will be released to the general public after 8/28! There is a 2 ticket limit per customer. A credit card is required to order tickets, even if you choose the no charge will call option. This is for identification and control purposes. All tickets are general admission. There are no reserved seats.

The ticket options are:
1. Free ticket with optional $5 per ticket delivery fee. No delivery fee on tickets picked up at will call at Merriweather or 9:30 Club box offices from 8/21-28.

2. Free ticket with $5 donation and optional $5 per ticket delivery fee. No delivery fee on tickets picked up at will call at Merriweather or 9:30 Club box offices from 8/21-28.

3. Karma Package - get a free ticket and 1 t-shirt for $30 or get 2 tickets and 2 t-shirts for $55. Prices include $5 donation and delivery fees.

i'm definitely doing the $5 donation option.  i'd happily do the karma package if it meant that the charity got more money, but that doesn't appear to be the case - it's the same $5... and i don't need more t-shirts.  i'll text in an additional donation instead.

Hey guys, I purchased tix last year at 9:30 and i'm assuming I dont get the presale code because it wasnt directly ticketmaster and i havent gotten that email yet. i went last year and in 07 and had a blast.

if anyone could PM me the code, I'd really appreciate it. i'll also keep it secret.

you'll note that i highlighted the fact that unclaimed will-call tickets will be released to the public on 8/28... guess that means out-of-towners who want to attend will have to pony up $5 for physically mailed tix.  no day-of will-call pick up at the venue (expect maybe for tickets bought after 8/28 - can't confirm this)

no one got tickets today.  presale starts tomorrow.  and yes, limit is 2.

are you guys getting the presale code from tm or virgin? i still have no email, bought virgin fest tix from ticketmaster the last 2 years and signed up for updates from the virgin mobile fest site the last 3 years last time being this past monday. can someone please shed some light or help me out?

the subject line of the e-mail was, for me, "This Year Virgin Mobile Festival is FREE!".  try doing a search for that.  don't forget to look in your trash and spam folders too (these are often omitted from searches and you need to specify that you wanna search there too).
