I loved The Mandalorian!  Now I am watching Boba Fett, and somehow it feels rushed and not as polished / awesome as Mando.  Two episodes in . . . should I continue to the end?

so my opinion is it is not as good as mando
and I liked it less towards he last 1/3 of the season, but I loved the first bunch of episodes
thing that pissed me off was the rainbow scooter gang, would think that would appeal to me on a lot of levels, but just annoyed me as it totally didn't work for me and seemed super cheesy

although Max Rebo and his band making an appearance was worth the price of admission

Watch it all the way through if you plan to watch Season 3 of Mando.  About two thirds of the way through Boba Fett, it makes a hard pivot to Mando Season 2.5.  They are important episodes for you to watch before season 3.

I enjoy this thread, when we talk about Star Wars.  Thanks for the advice.

I did quite enjoy the story line of the Sand People, and the train.

‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ Gets May Premiere Date at Disney Plus

(spoiler alert: it's May 25, not May 4...)

Moved to the 27th (back to a Friday release) but we’ll get 2 episodes on the 27th instead of one in the 25th….

new Star Wars movie (ep10) currently being written/ideated.  set after "rise of skywalker", but will be a stand-alone storyline and not a continuation of the skywalker saga.  no immediate plans for a trilogy (yeah, right...).  some old characters may resurface.  earliest release date: Dec 2025.

A Secret Writers Room, a Rising Scribe and a Post-‘Skywalker’ Timeline: A Look Inside Damon Lindelof’s ’Star Wars’ Movie (Exclusive)

Justin Britt-Gibson is penning the script with Lindelof, with the film potentially bringing back some characters from the 2010s films.

... and predictably enough, twitter ain't having it (my fav comment so far: "Best idea is that it opens with Luke Skywalker waking up from a bad dream that was the last trilogy and then he goes back to training Jedi.")

hmm this announcement and NKOTB's return to the board are a highly suspect coincidence

Three New Star Wars Movies Announced, Including the Return of Daisy Ridley’s Rey

I think bringing back Ridley was a smart move

link to the above headline, in case ya want the deets on the three upcoming movies.   so the Rey movie = ep10.  the prologue about the origin of the force sounds intriguing...
