I am becoming increasingly concerned about your caloric intake.  If this is everything you eat (as advertised), this is the antithesis of healthy living.

and if it's prepackaged, a shot of the ingredients

It seems you don't eat enough to be considered healthy.  Yesterday you had grape tomatoes, carrot chips, baked brussels sprout leaves and barley.  While you *could* have eaten 2,000 calories of that, you would have been severely lacking in all macronutrients and many micronutrients.  This is not healthy living.

Oh, no, it's definitely more than 500-600 calories a day. Its definitely a portion-size issue, which is admittedly hard to tell from a bulleted list. My dinner is generally 800-1000 calories on its own with a "snack"-sized lunch. I generally do not eat in the mornings.
