  • bean, avocado, and jalapeño chimichangas
  • salsa and tapatio hot sauce

  • Grape tomatoes
  • Carrot chips

I am becoming increasingly concerned about your caloric intake.  If this is everything you eat (as advertised), this is the antithesis of healthy living.

You think I should have passed on the banana?

Yeah, I think he's going to have start instagram feed so we can inspect the portion size
and if it's prepackaged, a shot of the ingredients

but looking like only 500-600 calories a day

It seems you don't eat enough to be considered healthy.  Yesterday you had grape tomatoes, carrot chips, baked brussels sprout leaves and barley.  While you *could* have eaten 2,000 calories of that, you would have been severely lacking in all macronutrients and many micronutrients.  This is not healthy living.

Oh, no, it's definitely more than 500-600 calories a day. Its definitely a portion-size issue, which is admittedly hard to tell from a bulleted list. My dinner is generally 800-1000 calories on its own with a "snack"-sized lunch. I generally do not eat in the mornings.

This is fattie talk. We are seconds away from you talking about "starvation mode" and your "condishuns." Post a photo of yourself to confirm you're not a hambeast, please.

I have it on good authority that you are much slimmer than Julian. He has multiple necks/chins based on his social media photos.
