My poor diet daughter has been begging to go to the grocery store with her mother (she doesn't beg to go with me because i refuse to give in to her demands for garbage food.) so she can nag her mom into buying a bunch of crap.

I actually never shop there. I just happened to be in the neighborhood and thought "Maybe they'll have some of the shit my local Giant is sold out of." They didn't.

Well it was 100% intended as a joke. Sorry the internet isn't as transparent as I'd like it to be.

Jokes aside, I'm not Chinese, but I think this person's comment on another internet source sums it up well:


Our family emigrated from China. I'm okay with Trump calling it a Chinese virus.

 Ignorant people can do with that label what they please, but this virus did originate in China, which makes the Chinese label entirely logical and appropriate.

That said, the world has far bigger things to worry about.
