first off, modern-day americans don't take up arms against their government.  they bark a big game, but they have zero bite. do you remember all the chatter from the right about forcefully removing obama, upon his election in 2008?


the endgame is not to raise an army, it's to rile it.  get the base fired up over a supposedly tyrannical administration, convince them of the need to fight... then channel that energy into requests for donations, votes, participation in million-(insert actor here)-marches, etc.

with 70% of 73 million voters thinking it was rigged/fraud AND they are armed is not a good recipe
