The World Potato Congress just appointed three new directors to its board.  Two of them seem...perfectly suited for the job.

The World Potato Congress seems like the perfect thing for Julian’s America to have beef with. Reason TBD.

So there is an Asian band called Potato

2,454,235 people follow this band!!!!

https://youtu.be/zYNsQ6ibdZs

@45thabsurdist
I know protest moms said to take the night off, but we did that last night. The potatoes are returning to downtown portland. The earth is healing.

The website of the Idaho Potato Commission is an uncharted gem on the internet. The site includes:
  • Ask Dr Potato, a melange of potato experts ready to answer all your potato questions, with 762 questions already asked and answered
  • A profile of the Big Idaho Potato Hotel, a 6-ton promotional potato that has been repurposed into a 2-guest exclusive AirBnB near Boise, ID, for just $250 per night.
  • Tater Talk, a long-running monthly e-mail newsletter, including archives dating back more than 7 years
  • And finally, the results of this year's Idaho Potato Lover's Display Contest, which may be what you'd expected, but may not be what you wanted.

i have a new mission in life: taste one of those lumpy potatoes.  that purple'ish one at the top left and the red'ish one just right of the center-most potato ARE CALLING ME.

also, given their resemblance to a coronavirus cell, they are appropriate for these times.

TIL that "rough sleepers" is a euphemism for homeless people.
